The Whole Me
Throughout my working career, I have been committed to creating workplaces where we can all show up as full, creative human beings (not just human doings). Our global civilization faces extraordinary, civilization-threatening challenges, which are largely of our own creation. And that is actually the good news. Through careful, sustained collective effort, humanity can not only meet these threats successfully, but use our own ingenuity to create a more prosperous, peaceful, and just world.
Through Imaginal Labs, Carolyn, our colleagues, and I are committed to help courageous leaders find their magic, trust their magic, and energize their teams to achieve the seemingly impossible. AND to pass on what we have learned over decades to help the next generation of leaders and workshop designers/facilitators learn these best practices so they can guild on them and take them further. As a husband, a father, a grandfather, and a citizen, I am quite convinced that this work is worth everything I can bring to it.
