He was responsible for building and training over 20 ASEs around the world. When E&Y sold its consulting operations to Capgemini in 2000, the ASE was part of the transaction and was quickly regarded as one of the “crown jewels” of the company and the heart of the Capgemini “Collaborative Business Experience”.

Rob has also worked as Managing Director/Senior Vice President with OptumInsight, a wholly owned subsidiary of United HealthCare, from 2010 to 2012, where he founded their DesignShop® practice.

Before joining Ernst & Young as a partner in 1995, Rob was chief executive of ODI Europe. In the four years of his tenure of ODI Europe, Rob built this European arm of Organizational Dynamics, Incorporated, an American Total Quality Management and performance improvement company.

Rob holds graduate degrees from Harvard Divinity School and Harvard University. He has held faculty positions at Harvard University, Harvard Divinity School, Northeastern University, and the Lesley College Graduate School of Management. He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dickinson College with a degree in International and Russian Area Studies.
