Rob Evans is known for the practical wisdom that he imparts in his DesignShops® and other executive workshops. He has personally influenced more than 25,000 executives from the world’s leading companies and other organizations with what Fred Smith, founder and CEO of FedEx, described as his unique brand of “energy, wit, and creativity.”

Rob is also the author of “The Collaboration Code,” a six-volume practical guide for leaders who are serious about achieving real breakthrough results in the shortest possible time. Rob is frequently called upon to speak at gatherings of master facilitators and transformational leaders.

Carolyn Buck Luce has published articles widely on Global Talent in the Harvard Business Review and on the future of Health Care in leading industry publications like Pharmaceutical Executive and EY’s Progressions annual reports. In her capacity as Executive in Residence at the Center for Talent Innovation she is currently leading research on “Disrupting Bias”: A Systems Approach. She is the author of “Reimagining HealthCare: Through a Gender Lens” to be published in February 2017.
